- Drafting various legal documents (commercial, labor, corporate, data protection law);
- Reviewing/analyzing contracts and other legal documents;
- Advising and representing on legal issues and disputes;
- Performing/monitoring statutory filings with authorities;
- Assisting management in the provision of legal services and administrative matters;
- Maintaining a legal documentation database;
- Research on legal practice and cases;
- Performing other legal work for our businesses.
