15.1 Disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions are subject to Law of the Republic of Lithuania. In the event of applicability of an APPLICABLE CONVENTION, an action for damages may only be brought within one of the State Parties, at the choice of the SHIPPER either at the court of the location where the headquarters of the CARRIER are situated or at the court of the place of destination.
