COVID-19: PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS

According to the resolution of the Lithuanian Government, starting from March 10, 2021 all passengers arriving or returning to Lithuania must present a negative test result for COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) which must be performed not earlier than 72 hours before arrival. Document must be presented in English. Serological antibody test result is not accepted.

Exceptions will be made only for persons in transit through Lithuania, persons under 16 years of age, as well as people vaccinated or co-infected with COVID-19 when the diagnosis has been confirmed a positive result of the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test or antigen test, and no more than 90 days elapsed between the positive test result and arrival in Lithuania.

Following the tightening measures of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), according the Ministry of Health for travelers arriving and returning to Lithuania, from February 8th, 2021 additional medical-quarantine control procedures will be applied at airports and seaports. All passengers arriving from Schengen and non-Schengen countries will be required to register in the National Public Health Center (NPHS) before the flight by filling in an electronic form.
