If there is no possibility to check-in online, check-in at the airport is mandatory. The full list of destinations might be found in the above described section ‘Which flights are open for online check-in?’.
Check-in at the airport is mandatory for passengers who need special assistance, i.e.:
- passengers with reduced mobility or other disabilities
- children for whom an escort has been ordered
- passengers travelling with pets
During the check-in at the airport, you will have a suitable seat selected for you.
Passengers whose identity document is valid for less than 6 months till the day of their return date, must present at the airport for check-in. If an airport check-in agent confirms that the rules of the host state permit the arrival to the country with such a document, you shall be checked in at the airport.
If you have provided incorrect personal information when checking in online, or if you did not bring a boarding pass with you, you will need to check in at the airport again.
