GetJet Airlines Expands Fleet with New Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Summer Season

To meet the growing demand for ACMI operations in 2024 summer season, GetJet Airlines, an IOSA-approved Lithuanian ACMI and charter carrier, announces the addition of a Boeing 737-800 to its fleet. Registered under Lithuanian registration LY-TUI, this latest acquisition features a single economy class aircraft equipped with 189 seats.

This strategic expansion aims to enhance capacity and support both European and global customers with ACMI operations during peak travel periods. The aircraft is set to begin operations in March 2024. LY-TUI marks the fifth unit in the Boeing 737 family, complementing GetJet Airlines’ diverse fleet, which already includes the Boeing 737-800, Airbus A320 and A321.

The newest addition to the fleet further reinforces the company’s commitment to providing adaptable and flexible services tailored to the unique needs of airlines worldwide.
