14.1. The SHIPPER may not set-off any claims against the CARRIER unless the respective claim is uncontested, acknowledged or has become non-appealable.
14.2. The SHIPPER may assign any claims arising from contracts with the CARRIER only with the prior written consent of the CARRIER.
