  • Cabin Engineer

    We are looking for a Cabin Engineer to join our ambitious airline and expert aviation team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Fleet interior condition monitoring and continuous improvement.

  • Flight Data Monitoring Manager

    We are looking for Flight Data Monitoring Manager to join our ambitious airline and expert aviation team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Supports the Flight Safety Manager with administration of the FDM efforts to ensure analysis of flight data for improved flight safety;
    • Actively manages Flight Data Analyst team, initiates SAG and if required other team meetings;
    • Oversees day to day flight data analysis including event validation and data review using the GJT provided software tools;
    • Oversees data collection process of aircraft fleet in conjunction with Maintenance and Engineering departments;
    • Oversees systematic approach for data protection and confidentiality of the analyzed data is ensured;
    • Supply reports to Safety Manager with summarized data on flight data analysis, trend reports, root cause analysis and suggested corrective actions of digital flight data to determine adverse events, trends in flight and maintenance operations of any FDA program deviation in order to utilize safe and effective SMS;

    • Coordinates, develops, verifies and validates aircraft specific event definitions and procedures to alter thresholds and various limitation exceedances;
    • Liaise with FDA software providers, CAA, investigators, auditors, pilots;
    • Assist Safety Manager with event investigation when required;
    • On regular bases at least 1 time/month provides summary of Identified hazards, safety and security issues, mismatches in company procedures and deviations from company procedures directly to Safety Manager;
    • On regular bases at least 1 time/month compiles reports, presentations, and statistical data and presents FDM data summaries for use by senior management, regulators, and pilots to keep the FDM community informed of the status and programs of the FDM information;
    • Performs specialized studies and fulfills special data requests;
    • Creates safety and FDM department publications;
    • Prepare investigation reports that include the facts, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations associated with an event;
    • Determine, based on outcome of investigation, appropriate corrective actions and submit those corrective actions to leadership for dispensation;
    • Assist in the coordination of corrective actions with operating departments and facilitate Operational Risk Management techniques within the organization to mitigate identified risks;
    • Reviews corrective action responses to inspections and internal evaluations findings for adequacy;
    • Represent the safety team at industry and company meetings, industry conferences and training events;
    • Performs and act in accordance with company established standards and procedures.

  • Flight Data Analyst

    We are looking for Flight Data Analyst to join our ambitious airline and expert aviation team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Support the Flight Data Analyses Manager with administration of the FDM efforts to ensure analysis of flight data in order to utilize safe and effective SMS;
    • Perform day to day flight data analysis including event validation and data review using the GJT provided software tools;
    • Perform day to day data collection of aircraft fleet in conjunction with Maintenance and Engineering departments;
    • Ensure data protection and confidentiality of the analyzed data;
    • Ensure continuous and accurate run of FDA software;
    • Inform Flight Data Analyses Manager of any FDA data loss or unreliable FDA data;
    • Perform statistical analysis and mathematical derivations of trends;
    • Perform in depth data analysis, root cause analysis and determine corrective actions of digital flight data to determine adverse events, trends in flight and maintenance operations analysis for any significant event identified or notified;
    • Create monthly FDA data analysis and trend reports;
    • Maintain event criteria list;
    • Participate in coordinating, developing, verification and validation of aircraft specific event definitions and procedures to alter thresholds and various limitation exceedances;
    • Maintain FDM database, write database queries, program new FDM events, and manage documentation supporting these functions;
    • Liaise with FDA software providers, authorities and pilots if required;
    • Assist Flight Data Analyses Manager with event investigation when required;
    • Identify and report any hazards, safety and security issues, mismatches in company procedures and deviations from company procedures using established company reporting system;
    • Coordinate, develop, verify and validate aircraft specific event definitions;
    • Prepare flight operations trending analysis charts and reports;
    • Participate in compilation and presentation of FDM data summaries for use by senior management, regulators, and pilots;
    • Participate in creation and performance of specialized studies and fulfil special data requests;
    • Participate in creation of safety and FDM department publications;
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical data required to keep the FDM community informed of the status and programs of the FDM information;
    • Prepare investigation reports that include the facts, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations associated with an event;
    • Determine, based on outcome of investigation, appropriate corrective actions and submit those corrective actions to leadership for dispensation;
    • Assist in the coordination of corrective actions with operating departments and facilitate Operational Risk Management techniques within the organization to mitigate identified risks;
    • Review corrective action responses to inspections and internal evaluation findings for adequacy;
    • Represent the safety team at industry and company meetings, industry conferences and events as well as any industry working groups as assigned;
    • Perform and act in accordance with company established standards and procedures;
    • Carry out other duties and responsibilities delegated by Safety Manager or Flight Data Analyses Manager.

    Qualifications requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or student) in aviation, flight technology, engineering, or related area or a combination of education and experience preferred;
    • Commercial Pilot License preferred;
    • Understands turbine-aircraft systems and ATPL frozen level knowledge required;
    • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);

  • Chief Accountant

    We are looking for Chief Accountant to join our ambitious airline and expert aviation team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, etc. for group companies;
    • Review and approve payments and journal entries;
    • Ensure company financial functions are accomplished in accordance with national government and international standards, tax, and other regulations;
    • Ensure records of key measures, material goods, services and realization costs, economic-financial activities, settlements with suppliers and customers are completed correctly and in timely manner;
    • Complete/coordinate the team to complete all accounting and reporting documentation, draw up balance of the required documents and financial statistics;
    • Ensure timely and orderly closing of monthly/quarterly and yearly accounts;
    • Manage bi-annual and yearly audits;
    • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for set up;
    • Work consultatively with respective departments on cost reduction initiatives;
    • Support CFO in ensuring that cost allocations are in line with management agreements and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business administration;
    • Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial and management accounting;
    • Knowledge of laws, regulations, taxes and other mandatory documentation requirements for bookkeeping and accounting;
    • Experience in working through audits with BIG4 companies;
    • Good command of English language;
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff;
    • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
    • Able to work independently and highly meticulous.

    Preferable qualifications:

    • ACCA qualification;
    • BIG 4 experience;
    • Relevant experience in audit;
    • Bookkeeping software knowledge (e.g. RIVILE, NAVISION etc.).
