Which flights are open for online check-in?

You can check-in to these flights:

When can you check-in online?

You can check in online from 48 hours before the scheduled departure time until 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What do you need to know while checking in online?

  • Make sure while checking in online not to use any special symbols or characters, e.g., “ė”, “č”, “š” or “-“, “/”, etc.
  • Make sure you register the data from the identity document which you will take on board.
  • Do not forget to check the expiration date of the document.
  • Note that limitations might be applied to seats due to flight safety. For example, children are not allowed to sit in the emergency exit rows, etc. While choosing seats you will be introduced to the possible limitations.
  • If you are bringing an infant with you on board, you can only choose from among the seats designated for that purpose.

What do you need to know when going to the airport?

Do not forget to bring your boarding pass, which you will get while checking in online, either printed out or downloaded to a mobile device.

IMPORTANT: For the flights FROM Egypt (Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh) boarding passes must be printed. Boarding passes in a mobile device will not be accepted.

If you need to check in your baggage, you will find the baggage drop desk at the airport.

If you have no baggage to check in, you may head straight to the security screening point and from there to the boarding gates.

In what cases do you need to check in at the airport?

If there is no possibility to check-in online, check-in at the airport is mandatory. The full list of destinations might be found in the above described section ‘Which flights are open for online check-in?’.

Check-in at the airport is mandatory for passengers who need special assistance, i.e.:

  • passengers with reduced mobility or other disabilities
  • children for whom an escort has been ordered
  • passengers travelling with pets

During the check-in at the airport, you will have a suitable seat selected for you.

Passengers whose identity document is valid for less than 6 months till the day of their return date, must present at the airport for check-in. If an airport check-in agent confirms that the rules of the host state permit the arrival to the country with such a document, you shall be checked in at the airport.

If you have provided incorrect personal information when checking in online, or if you did not bring a boarding pass with you, you will need to check in at the airport again.
