17 Passenger rights

17.1. We do Our very best to make sure Your flight goes as planned. However, if You have been denied boarding, Your flight has been cancelled or You have suffered a long delay, You are entitled to request compensation and assistance in line with Regulation No 261/2004 that outlines Passenger rights in the previously noted cases.
